My Sports Academy (MSA) in Dubai is seeking a Site Lead to oversee daily swim academy operations, ensuring smooth lessons, top customer service, and safe facilities. They will manage staff, handle operations efficiently, and foster a welcoming environment with strong leadership and organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Teaching:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across all levels (baby swim to competition).
  • Lead by example, following the MSA curriculum.

Staff Supervision and Program Management:

  • Oversee teachers and coaches, scheduling sessions and managing the swim program.
  • Build and develop a strong teaching team to support growth.
  • Share timetables and schemes of work before each term.
  • Run pre-session briefings and post-class debriefs with accurate records.

Customer Service and Communication:

  • Provide excellent parent communication and service.
  • Manage payments, registers, and club management software.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with school PE staff for curriculum lessons and squads.
  • Maintain strong ties with the venue’s facilities team.

Program Development and Admin:

  • Plan and deliver holiday swim camps.
  • Support MSA/MSA Coaching Programme swim meets.
  • Keep venue notice boards current and engaging.
  • Submit weekly reports to Management.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by Swim Director/Management.
