As a
- Delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support to women with complex needs.
- Providing guidance on housing, immigration, health, and safety issues.
- Coordinating referrals and maintaining strong links with partner organisations.
- Managing casework risks and responding to safeguarding concerns promptly.
- Supporting volunteers to deliver high-quality services effectively.
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Knowledge of legal and casework pathways for survivors of gender-based violence.
- Understanding of asylum and immigration policy, including ‘No Recourse to Public Funds’.
- Strong knowledge of child and adult safeguarding legislation and practice.
- Excellent communication skills, including working with interpreters.
- Ability to provide sensitive, empowering support and advocate for vulnerable individuals.
- Experience delivering complex casework and collaborating across agencies.
