1. The Department
Our Girls Academy Department has established itself as a leader in girls youth football development, consistently delivering the highest standards in coaching, education and training across 10 teams with players aged U10 – U21. We are committed to nurturing talent and creating a supportive and professional environment and we are proud of the role we play in shaping the next generation of female footballers as demonstrated in our recent success with our U21s winning the Professional Game Academy Plate.
To support our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Driver to join our Girls Academy Department.
2. The Role
Our Drivers play an integral part of our Girls Academy Department by providing transport for our Girls Academy players to and from all Club sites. This is a vital part in the smooth operation of our Academy and ultimately creates a positive experience for our players, ensuring our players arrive on time, safely and ready to train or play.
Your main responsibility will be picking our players from various locations including home and school to transport them to and from training sessions and matches throughout the week safely and in line with the Club’s Safeguarding guidelines. You will also be responsible for ensuring the minibus is kept to the highest standard reporting on any maintenance and mechanical concerns.
You will also have the opportunity to support with wider Girls Academy operations for example, collecting tickets and airport pick-ups as and when required.

3. The Person
We are looking for a professional and organised Driver who will represent the Club in a trusted role.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, D1 Licence, and be available to work flexibly including evenings and weekends required in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of stakeholders.
You must have the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure and always demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.
