£24,829 per annum pro rata 

Essential to hold a full UK driving license due to the service requirements - This service has an automatic vehicle on site

Experience supporting people with autism and working with people who display challenging behaviours is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day’s different, but your role could include:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
  • Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
