Gymnastics Coach (Level 1)

Location: Bolton Arena

Salary:

•  Under 18: £7.55 per hour
•
18–21: £10.00 per hour
•  21 and over: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Various (evenings and weekends)

About the Role

Bolton Arena is seeking enthusiastic and motivated gymnastics coaches to join

our growing programme. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging sessions to

children aged 4–16 during evening and weekend classes.

We offer a well-established gymnastics programme catering to over 500 children

weekly, from preschool to advanced levels, including holiday camps. This is a

great opportunity to develop your coaching experience in a supportive and

dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Deliver and assist with gymnastics sessions for children aged 4–16.
•  Support the development of gymnasts across all ability levels.
•  Ensure sessions are safe, enjoyable, and in line with British Gymnastics

standards.

Requirements

•  Minimum British Gymnastics Level 1 qualification (or equivalent).
•  Valid Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
•  Evidence of Safeguarding training completed within the last 3 years.
•  Proof of qualifications and eligibility to work in the UK (to be provided at

interview).

Working Hours

We operate a 6-day gymnastics programme, and

hours are flexible. Vacancies are available on a

casual or permanent basis during the following times:

•  Monday: 4:00 – 6:00 pm
•  Wednesday: 4:00 – 7:00 pm
•  Thursday: 4:00 – 6:00 pm
•  Friday: 4:00 – 7:00 pm
•  Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
