As part of our ambitious global growth plans, we are seeking an International Marketing Manager to lead VTCT Skills’ international marketing strategy. This role will drive brand awareness, generate demand, and engage customers across priority markets. You will lead sector launches and campaigns that position VTCT Skills as the global benchmark for vocational education, delivering digital marketing, promotional materials, centre marketing toolkits, and events to support international growth and customer acquisition.

VTCT Skills (the working name of Vocational Training Charitable Trust) is a market-leading specialist vocational and technical Awarding Organisation. We offer a comprehensive range of qualifications, assessments and services in 17 sectors, including Hairdressing, Beauty, Hospitality, Care, Logistics and Early Years. Working closely with employers and training providers, our ranges are backed by industry and trusted around the world.   • Design and implement international marketing strategies aligned with VTCT Skills’ global growth objectives.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (content, digital, social, events, partnerships) tailored to international audiences.
  • Manage localisation of content and messaging for cultural relevance and compliance.
  • Deliver sector launches (Hair & Beauty, Hospitality, Health & Social Care, Early Years, English Language) with tailored propositions.
  • Strengthen VTCT Skills’ brand presence globally, ensuring consistency across all markets.
  • Organise and execute international events, webinars, and exhibitions to build brand presence and engage stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain centre marketing toolkits to enable partners to promote VTCT Skills qualifications effectively.
  • Collaborate with international business development teams and external agencies to support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and market penetration; use insights to refine strategies.
  • 5+ years in international marketing; degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, CRM, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of vocational education and awarding body sector.
  • Event management and multilingual content development.
  • Professional marketing certification (CIM or equivalent).
  • Experience with HubSpot and project management methodologies.
