As a Business Administrator in our Hospital you will:

Handle enquiries and general queries.

Assist in financial administration.
-
Resolve Data Quality issues.
-
Work with the Business Administration Manager to continually improve process.

Support any other Business Administration requirement.

Contacting Insurance companies for authorisation.
To succeed as a Business Administrator you will:
-
Experience of working in a busy customer facing business support function.

Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.

Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.

Have good IT (Excel/Word) and keyboard skills.

Some of our roles require a DBS check and they are processed through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) as part of the recruitment process. These checks are to assist employers in making safer recruitment decisions. However, a check is just one part of robust recruitment practice.
Documents
You could be asked to provide proof of vaccinations as part of our Occupational Health pre-employment screening. We know it can be time consuming to get this information if you don’t already have it to hand, so we encourage you to start preparing this information to avoid any delays to the onboarding process.
