Support Workers – Dalby View - £12.60 per hour
At Dalby View we provide 24-hour care and support for adults with physical and learning disabilities. We aim to ensure that this is not just a place to live, but is a home, and the people living here are encouraged and enabled to make their own choices and decisions in as many aspects of their lives as possible.
The charity are seeking to recruit Support Workers working various shifts, full time and part time to assist in providing 24 hour care and support, which will enhance the quality of life of the people using the service.
Essential Criteria:
- An ability to demonstrate the core values of the Charity
- NVQ2 in care (or willingness to attain)
- Ability to respond to guidance and direction
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to provide personal care
- Maintain confidentiality, honesty and reliability
- Interested, motivated and committed
- Non-discriminatory and respect for cultural and religious heritage of all people
