FitzRoy is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Supported Living team as a Support Worker Apprentice. This is a brilliant chance to earn, learn and start a meaningful career supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in their own homes.
Your Week at a Glance:
- 5 days per weekproviding hands-on support in our Supported Living services, with 6 hours off rota to enhance your knowledge and skills, including online learning or sessions with your manager.
- Full training provided – no experience needed!
What you’ll do:
- Support people with personal care, such as using the bathroom and showering, daily living and household tasks
- Help individuals develop life skills and build independence
- Encourage hobbies, activities and community involvement
- Promote choice, dignity and respect at all times
What we offer:
- A fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care
- Paid time for study with support from your team and learning provider
