FitzRoy is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Supported Living team as a Support Worker Apprentice. This is a brilliant chance to earn, learn and start a meaningful career supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in their own homes.

Your Week at a Glance:

• 5 days per weekproviding hands-on support in our Supported Living services, with 6 hours off rota to enhance your knowledge and skills, including online learning or sessions with your manager.
• Full training provided – no experience needed!

What you’ll do:

• Support people with personal care, such as using the bathroom and showering, daily living and household tasks
• Help individuals develop life skills and build independence
• Encourage hobbies, activities and community involvement
• Promote choice, dignity and respect at all times

• Paid time for study with support from your team and learning provider

• £10 per hour during the week, £11 per hour at weekends.
