Role overviewWe are seeking a dedicated CRM Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the Technology Enhanced Business Change Programme. This role involves being part of the Business Development department and representing them in implementation of the Salesforce CRM platform as part of the CRM Product Delivery Teams.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and core product team members, as well as third-party suppliers, to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM solution. Additionally, the role requires engaging with and supporting the wider programme team as needed.
Core Competencies/Experience:- Highly proficient at using Microsoft M365 Office software and preferably have experience with Salesforce or another CRM. A good aptitude for learning and using other digital solutions is essential
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across Business Development and project teams and facilitate decision making on behalf of the BD department
- Ability to support on planning and conducting testing and training activities
