Salary: £34-£36k (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for evenings/weekends when required.
Location:​ Sternberg Centre, London N3 2SY (with some travel)

We’re hiring! Community Youth and Education Lead

Love working with young people and shaping Jewish education? We are looking for a dynamic and organised Educator to lead national youth programmes, support communities and create inspiring educational experiences. This is a hands-on role with variety, creativity and real impact.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Kivunim residential weekends and year-round youth programmes
• Develop and pilot innovative educational initiatives
• Organise events, conferences and resources for educators
• Manage Shinshinim placements and youth movement visits
• Support RSY/LJY programmes and national events

You’ll need:

• Experience in Jewish education, youth work or teaching
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Creativity, enthusiasm and commitment to Progressive Judaism values
