  • A culture that values kindness—support your colleagues, collaborate, and make a positive impact for the people who live, learn, and work here.
  • A range of great benefits– enhanced family leave, funded initial DBS check, quarterly coffee mornings, annual celebration days, rewards and discounts portal, employee assistance program, and much more!

What will you do?

  • Drive strategic HR initiatives and partner with leaders to deliver people-focused solutions.
  • Support organisational change and development, using data and insight to inform decisions.
  • Coach and guide managers on employee relations, ensuring fairness and best practice.
  • Champion learning and development, helping our people grow and succeed.
