Step by Step passionately believes in supporting young people who are going through hard times. Our unique step by step approach, providing accommodation, personal development opportunities and specialist support services, identifies and fulfils aspirations.
Each year we work with over 1,300 young people aged 11–25 and our employees play a pivotal role in empowering young people and preventing homelessness.
WHAT WOULD A LAUNCH SERVICE LEAD BE DOING?
As the Launch Service Lead at Step by Step you will lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality services for young people, creating a positive and supportive workplace culture. You will oversee service delivery to ensure all contractual and organisational standards are met, including taking part in the on call rota, maintain up to date knowledge of safeguarding and youth policies, and work with internal and external partners to open doors to new opportunities for the young people we support. WHAT IS STEP BY STEP LOOKING FOR?
- Step by Step is interested in employing people with the right skills and attitude, we would love to hear from you if you’ve worked or volunteered with young people in a team leader role or perhaps as a Social Worker Team Lead, Senior Support Worker, or Youth Worker Team Lead.
