Job Purpose

The Strategy and Analytics Advisor will operate as a trusted strategic partner to World Vision International’s global executive leadership, applying top-tier consulting skills to shape and deliver the third phase of Our Promise strategy. This role is ideal for a Christian professional with 3–5 years’ experience at a leading management consultancy (Accenture, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent), who thrives on solving complex organisational challenges, translating insights into strategic decisions, and delivering measurable impact for the world’s most vulnerable children. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory Leadership

Strategic Planning & Initiative Design

Insight Development & Executive Storytelling

  • Synthesize complex internal and external datasets into concise, persuasive narratives that shape strategic decisions and investments, and influence stakeholders.

Performance Measurement & Analytics

  • Develop and oversee Partnership performance monitoring systems, leveraging data modelling and visualisation to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Capacity Building & Change Leadership

  • Coach senior leaders and regional teams to adopt analytics-informed decision-making, strengthening World Vision’s strategic capabilities.

Required Knowledge & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years as an Associate/Consultant/Senior Consultant (or equivalent) at a global strategy consultancy (Accenture, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent), with demonstrable experience in structured problem solving, executive-level communication, and strategic analysis.
  • Master's in Business Administration, Public Policy, Development Economics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Commitment to World Vision’s Christian ethos and ability to integrate faith and work.
  • Hypothesis-driven problem solving and the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable work plans.
  • Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills, including slide creation and synthesis for leadership audiences.
  • Advanced financial and operational modelling; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Cross-cultural agility and experience working with diverse, global teams.
  • Strong track record in translating data into strategy and influencing senior leadership decisions.
