Job Title: Equine Veterinary Surgeon (Start Date Jan 2026)

 

Location: Mooreshill Equine Veterinary – A new purpose built equine clinic serving Wicklow & Wexford

 

About the role: We’re a close-knit equine practice seeking a qualified Equine-only Vet to join our team from January 2026.

 

Key responsibilities:

• General equine ambulatory and clinic based work

• Reproductive work (scanning, management and treatment plans)

• Lameness work ups

• Diagnostics & Imaging: radiography and ultrasonography.

 

• Shared weekend rota 1-in-6

 

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience, with proven experience in equine reproduction

 

• Full driving licence and right to work in Ireland
