Breakfast Club Assistant

6.25 hours per week (term time only with ad hoc additional holiday club hours)

£18 per hour

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Breakfast Club Assistant to join our team. You will help create a warm, safe, and welcoming start to the day for our pupils aged 3-11, supporting the smooth running of the club.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving breakfast, supervising children during play and mealtime, supporting positive behaviour, and helping to set up engaging activities that promote children’s wellbeing and confidence. You will work closely with the Breakfast Club Supervisor and school staff to ensure a friendly and enjoyable environment for every child. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential, and a relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3 CACHE qualification or equivalent) is required.

This is a permanent role, Term Time only with ad hoc additional holiday club hours available. The hours of work are from 7:15 am – 8:30 am, Monday to Friday, plus additional hours as required. On-site parking, and a generous employer pension contribution are offered as part of the package.
