Join Our Team – Youth Club Leader

Location: Mary Hare School

Hours: 14 hours per week (2-3 evenings) during the school's 37 weeks (term times only)

Times: 5pm - 9.30pm (flexibility offered)

Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to run our vibrant youth club for boarding students.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead engaging activities that inspire and entertain
  • Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment
  • Be a positive role model for young people
  • Bring fresh ideas and innovation to our programme
  • Consult with young people on what they would like to do and experience
  • Liaise with other youth resources in the area and work in partnership

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience or interest in youth work or residential care
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate young people
  • A clear sense of fun and energy
