Job Description

Do you love sport and want to inspire the next generation? We’re looking for Sessional Youth Workers – Multi-Sports to deliver fun, safe, and inclusive activities at Base71 Youth Zone.
From football and basketball to athletics and dodgeball, you’ll run sessions, competitions, and tasters that build skills, confidence, and teamwork. You’ll motivate young people to stay active, try new sports, and feel included every step of the way.
You’ll need experience delivering sports or fitness sessions, the energy to inspire young people of all abilities, and the confidence to coach and motivate. Experience working with ages 8–19 (or up to 25 with SEND), plus knowledge of safeguarding and inclusion, are essential.
