Hours: Part time (9.5 hours per week to be worked 3.5 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday) plus overtime hours as determined by shop need (holiday, sickness cover, etc)

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter, with a passion for charity retail, to assist our Hythe Shop Manager in providing cover for the Relate Charity Shop. Charity retail experience is desirable.

Main Responsibilities:
• You will make a key contribution to the creation of a warm and welcoming environment for customers, volunteers and donors, with a view to maximising sales, profits and Gift Aid to support the work of Relate at Family Action.
Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
• Charity retail experience preferred
• Experience of customer care
• An eye for detail
• Good numeracy skills
