  Bede's Nursery, nestled by our beautiful Prep school in Eastbourne, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Key Person’s to join us.   You won't just be delivering a curriculum; you'll be building the secure foundation that allows a child to thrive. As a Key Person, you will:

  • Be a Child's Champion:Provide exceptionalpastoral care and educational experiences, focusing on the individual needs of your key children.
  • Inspire Learning:Plan and deliverenjoyable, effective sessionsthat bring the EYFS Curriculum to life, maximising every child's learning potential.
  • Partner with Families:Maintainexcellent professional communicationwith parents and colleagues, building the critical "triangle of trust."
  What you need to succeed?

  • A passion for Early Years education and a truly dedicated approach to pastoral care.

  • A

    Level 3 EYFS Qualification or above(essential).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a clear understanding of

    Safeguarding and Confidentiality.

  The following Nursery Key Person positions available are:

  • Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, consisting of Tuesday - Friday from 08:00 - 18:00, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break per day.
  • Fixed Term contractending in August 2026, covering Maternity Leave, 37 hours per week, consisting of Tuesday - Friday from 08:00 - 18:00, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break per day.

  Offering an attractive salary of £24,308.60 per annum. (Full Time Equivalent £26,279.57) along with a range of staff benefits including;
