The Role
Clare College invites applications for the role of Front of House Supervisor to join our Hospitality team. The successful applicant must successfully be able to supervise pantry, cafe and buttery staff, delivering a highly efficient and excellent quality of service in respect of the service of food and beverages at all College internal and external functions together with ancillary services. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week on a rota which includes working evenings and weekends.

Clare’s Old Court, a Grade I listed building, is the centre of the College and is unique among the ancient Cambridge Colleges in having maintained its architectural integrity over the course of its history.
Salary and Benefits
The salary is up to £31,907.93 p.a. In addition to the basic salary the post holder would be eligible for a bonus every year and free meals on duty. We also offer membership of a defined pension contribution scheme, a Healthcare cash plan and free parking.
