⨠What Youâll Be Doing:
To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Oundle store, ensuring income targets are
met in line with our organisational objectives. The shop manager will motivate and manage a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working with volunteers
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets effectively
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and work to fixed deadlines.
- Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date.
