Applications are invited for the position of HR Manager at The Queen’s College.

Reporting to the Bursar, the HR Manager is a senior staff role in the College and is responsible for all aspects of HR in respect of non-academic employees. The HR Manager will provide advice, guidance and support to line managers and staff. She or he will play an active role in recruitment, develop and maintain HR processes and policies that are legally compliant and meet the needs of the College, and will work with line managers to ensure that policies and procedures are fairly and consistently applied within the College.

In addition, the HR Manager will work closely with (and line-manage) the HR Officer and HRIS Manager and, eventually, take over management of the HRIS.

The post holder will also have a commitment to the values of higher education and familiarity with human resources issues in higher education is desirable.
