Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary Range: £36,000 - £44,000
Grade: SC2
Target Salary: £42,642 per annum + £580 Mobile Working Allowance
Interviews: Technical Assessment & Competency Based Interview
About the Role:
This role focuses on analysing performance data and developing management information tools to support strategic reporting, drive customer impact, and enhance audit and quality assurance processes across engagement teams in England, Scotland, and Wales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Foster strong collaboration across internal teams and enabling partners to support impactful engagement initiatives.
- Lead data-driven reporting and analysis, delivering high-quality insights, forecasts, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor engagement activities and systems, identifying errors and risks through trend analysis to enable timely corrective actions.
- Provide expert data support, including ad hoc reporting, management information, and SharePoint performance tools, while authorising business-wide data requests.
- Champion knowledge sharing, delivering team training on data tools and interpretation, and contributing to IT projects that enhance engagement operations.
Your Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, including Management Information aligned to service levels and KPIs
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to design and manage logical systems and processes
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective relationships across internal teams and external partners
Desirable
- Previous experience of Power BI
- Knowledge of/experience working in the Construction sector
- A Level in Mathematics
- IT based qualification
- Experience of working in a product/service or project management environment.
