EACH Counselling & Support is seeking an Organisational Design Review Consultant.

Role focus:

• Work with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees to assess the current operating model.
• Identify organisational strengths, gaps, and areas requiring development.
• Benchmark against sector best practice.
• Consult with key stakeholders.
• Produce clear, practical recommendations and an implementation roadmap.

Context:

• Organisation has undergone major change, with growth in domestic abuse, mental health, floating support, housing-related services and social enterprise.
• Funding has shifted towards short-term and grant-based sources, increasing pressure on a lean management structure.
• External environment is becoming more competitive, with tighter commissioning, reduced long-term funding certainty and increased demand for evidence of impact.
• Financial forecasts show potential income reduction and over-reliance on limited funding streams.

Purpose of the consultancy:

• Provide independent expertise to design a sustainable, future-proof organisational model.
• Support EACH to consolidate strategic direction, manage emerging risks and strengthen adaptability in a rapidly changing landscape.
