PA/Support Assistant required for lady in Milton Keynes who is a wheelchair user.

3 hours per week to be used flexibly for support to access the community and engage in various activities such as hospital appointments, shopping trips, swimming, garden centres etc.

£13.50 per hour

Applicants must be prepared to undertake an Enhanced DBS check if required.

Must be a car driver with own vehicle
