The role The rundown: You’ll play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of the Education Partnerships directorate as part of the data and process function. You will make sure that our data is accurate and that our processes support a smooth partner and programme member experience. You’ll use your organisation and communication skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, helping us fulfil our purpose of improving education for all. The detail: day-to-day work • Providing administrative support across the data and process function, ensuring our data is maintained to a high standard of accuracy. • Drafting and sending internal and external communica- tions as required. • Supporting financial processes such as raising pur- chase orders, tracking budgets, and ensuring compli- ance with policies. • Maintaining and updating departmental documents, ensuring accuracy and ease of access. • Assisting with data entry, generating reports, and tracking the progress of ongoing projects. • Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency. You’ll take ownership for: • Supporting the Delivery Partner Data and Process team, ensuring that data is accurate, and that reporting is prompt and effective. • Responding to external stakeholder queries. • Supporting collaboration across the team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. • Maintaining efficient systems finance administration including billing of delivery partners. • Suggesting improvements to administrative processes to support team effectiveness. 1 More info on how the role fits in with the rest of the team and charity: You’ll report to: Delivery Partner Data and Process Manager This position is a level 1 role.
