Do you have a keen interest in IT or Technology or do you relish the challenge of solving technical problems?

We are seeking a highly motivated person for a Level 3 IT Apprenticeship lasting up to two years.

Applications are invited to join the IT team at Trinity House as IT Apprentice. The role is to train and develop the required skills in order help provide support to all of the Trinity House staff across an interesting mix of technology products and systems. On the job training will be provided for a wide range of systems along with a structured learning and development plan.

You will be enrolled with a training provider on a Level 3 apprenticeship covering a Digital Support Technician pathway or similar.

During your apprenticeship you will be part of the team providing first and selected second line support and carrying out daily procedures, as required. Occasional supervised travel to other sites within the UK and some overtime may be required.

What are we looking for:

Three level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) including English and mathematics;
Strong willingness to learn;
Demonstrable keen interest in IT or a technology related subject/discipline.
