Executive Services Administrator
Permanent Contract
Location: The Lambert, Thirsk
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £13,479.23 per annum (£24,070.05 per annum FTE)

About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Services Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across Estates & Facilities, Infrastructure Projects, Insurance, IT, and Phone services. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of key organisational functions and supporting the Executive Services Manager in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administration and coordination for Estates, Facilities, and Health & Safety requirements across the organisation.
- Support the Maintenance team by prioritising job sheets, issuing internal communications, and ensuring schedules are confirmed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Executive Services Manager with administering the organisation’s insurance provision, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Support the day-to-day running of IT and Phone services, helping maintain effective and responsive operations.
- Assist in the completion and submission of RIDDOR reports.
What we are looking for
· Experience in a customer service type role.
· Experience and confident in the use of word, excel and databases.
· Understanding of data protection and information governance.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Must hold a full UK driving licence.
