We are looking for two talented Shop Managers who I are enthusiastic self-starters, with a passion for charity retail, to manage our Prudhoe shop on a job share basis (22.5 hours each per week).

Main Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for the creation of a warm and welcoming environment for customers, volunteers and donors, with a view to maximising sales, profits and Gift Aid to support the work of Relate at Family Action.

Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
• Charity retail experience preferred
• Experience of customer care
• High levels of organisational skills
• Highly focussed on maximising sales
• An eye for detail
• A sound track record in achieving targets and delivering success
