Respect, patience and understanding are key as the individuals we support are adjusting to new home environments.  It's important to take the time to understand them in order to support them both to live a fantastic lives as independently as possible.

Prior experience supporting people with complex needs is essential, as this is a new team and we're looking for our Advanced Support Workers to share their knowledge and experience within the team. 

Applicants with a SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care would be highly desirable.
