Join My Support Team – Make a Real Difference!

I’m looking for calm, confident Support Workers with a great sense of humour who aren’t easily offended. You’ll help me live the life I want—building skills, confidence, and independence—while keeping things positive and fun.

I enjoy walking, music, eating out, and people-watching, so if you share these interests, even better! You’ll need to be physically fit, reliable, and comfortable providing personal care. My autism and health needs mean life can be challenging at times, but with patience and resilience, we’ll make progress together.

What you’ll do:

  • Support me in activities and daily living
  • Encourage independence and life skills
  • Work with my behaviour support team
  • Maintain a calm, happy home environment
  • Be open-minded, non-judgemental, and ready to learn

If you’ve supported people with complex needs or challenging behaviours, or helped someone transition from an ATU to supported living, you’ll be a great fit.
