Consent Coalition Coordinator

Location:  Hybrid working with 2 days in our Nottingham office

Salary:  £29,114 pa (pro rata for part time hours)

Hours:  12m fixed term, full time 37 hours per week (part time will be considered)

About the role

Are you ready to make a real difference in preventing sexual violence and creating safer communities across Nottinghamshire? 

We’re seeking an exceptional Consent Coalition Coordinator to spearhead the partnerships groundbreaking expansion across Nottinghamshire County – a role that will touch thousands of lives and create lasting change in our communities. 

You’ll be at the forefront of one of the most important developments of the Consent Coalition – building a county-wide network that challenges harmful attitudes, promotes consent education, and creates genuinely safe spaces for everyone.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Has proven experience building partnerships with local authorities and statutory bodies
  • Can immediately engage at strategic level with district councils and senior stakeholders
  • Understands VAWG commissioning landscapes and funding structures
  • Has established networks within the DSVA sector across Nottinghamshire or similar regions
  • Demonstrates track record of successful project coordination and delivery
  • Believes passionately in creating safer communities for all

We actively encourage applications from staff currently working in domestic abuse and sexual violence organisations who may be interested in a 12-month secondment opportunity. This role offers excellent professional development in county-wide strategic partnership building and project expansion. We’re happy to work with your current employer on secondment arrangements that benefit all parties.

We also run a helpline and support services for men and LGBTQ+ people experiencing abuse living in Nottinghamshire.
