About the role

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives through personalised support and empowerment? Suitability is seeking a dedicated Confidence and Styling Coordinator to join our growing team.

As the Suitability Confidence and Styling Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping individuals build confidence and prepare for job opportunities, through styling, dressing, and coaching sessions. You will ensure clients receive a seamless, supportive experience while also managing volunteers and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the Suitability programme.

What you'll be doing

The Suitability Confidence and Styling Coordinator will deliver client focused service, manage referrals, conduct personalised styling and coaching sessions, oversee appointments, and maintain accurate client records.

You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers; match their strengths with tasks; and ensure the service environment is welcoming and well-stocked to meet client needs.

You will be highly organised, demonstrating great communication skill as you will work alongside the Engagement Coordinator to drive service improvement and growth.
