Katon07972575868.As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in our accommodation and community-based services in Long Eaton and the surrounding areas. Your contribution will be invaluable in providing housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness. You will act as a key worker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assisting them in developing skills for independent living. Your responsibility for devising support plans and risk assessments will be a cornerstone of our operations.
You will work within the community and the hostel, and be required to sleep in, but you will also have the opportunity to travel around the region to provide support to local people.
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our partners across the county, taking a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals. Your role is part of a larger team, all working towards the same goal.
At our organisation, we understand the importance of a supportive work environment. We are committed to ensuring that all support workers are flexible to the needs of the service and will provide cover, sometimes at short notice, that may involve working nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
