⨠What Youâll Be Doing:
The Manager of Governance & Safeguarding is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, safeguarding, and governance within TAAS.
đ What Weâre Looking For:
- The individual must have a professional qualification aligned to Safeguarding, preferably a Registered Healthcare Professional.
- Demonstrable evidence of behaviour in line with the core values of TAAS throughout career to date.
- Experience of managing governance and Safeguarding in a similar organisation
- Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives
- Passion for the work that TAAS does
- A flexible approach to allow adaptability to the changing needs of the organisation
- In-depth knowledge of safeguarding within the UK
- Ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Be able to translate the technical aspects of safeguarding into daily working practices across the organisation
- Proven track record of matrix management with the ability to coach others
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and use a creative approach to overcome issues and challenges
- Desirable experience of working with volunteers
