As the Travel Training Co-ordinator, you will manage a team of travel trainers (full-time and part-time) as they work 1:1 with young people aged between 11-25 with additional needs, helping them develop the skills needed to travel safely and independently to and from school/college. You will monitor and manage the performance of the travel trainers, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
