Head of Service

Are you an experienced health leader – passionate, enthusiastic and driven to make a difference to the mental wellbeing of local communities in Staffordshire and Cheshire? If so, North Staffs and Cheshire Mind has a rare opportunity for a talented individual to join our senior leadership team as Head of Services!

About the Role

Leading our amazing team of passionate and skilled service managers, you will take responsibility to deliver and develop our portfolio of support services based on changing local community and individual needs. You will be outward facing, working with our Head of Development and Sustainability to identify and evaluate new and emerging opportunities.

We are looking for someone who has:

· Proven leadership experience in mental health, health and social care, or the voluntary sector.

· A deep understanding of mental health challenges and service delivery.

· Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

· A commitment to equity, lived experience, and community empowerment.

Salary

£45,000-£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours Per Week

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location

Head Office, Hanley, and Winsford Hub, Cheshire.
