The Worship Pastor will oversee and lead the worship ministry of the church, cultivating a culture of Spirit-filled, Christ-centered, participatory worship that honors the Anglican tradition while remaining open to the fresh leading of the Holy Spirit. This role involves pastoring the worship team, planning and leading services, and working closely with the rector to shape worship that is biblically rooted, musically excellent, and spiritually alive.
