The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to strengthen Fellowship services and support retention by owning key processes, improving consistency, and handling more complex Fellow interactions. Building on the frontline work of Coordinators, the Officer ensures that operational processes, template responses, and Fellow feedback directly support renewals and long-term engagement.
The postholder contributes to increased engagement and retention through excellent service delivery, persuasive retention calls, careful handling of complaints, and the development of process documentation and pilots that improve the Fellow experience.
This role is based at RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
About You
What we look for in a successful Fellowship Officer (Services) candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; an ability to talk about the RSA confidently with Fellows and members of the public face-to-face, over the telephone, and by email.
- Knowledge of good customer service processes.
- Has a passion for engaging with people and the ability & confidence to convince Fellows of the benefits of staying a Fellow.
- Accurate data inputting skills with excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to preserving the confidentiality of Fellowship data.
