Role Description

This senior leadership role will be at the forefront of identifying large new long term income opportunities in a fast-changing funding landscape. This is not just applying for money, it’s about building the reputation and sourcing future possibilities so that Beat is positioned to become the charity of choice across large gives. The role will provide strategic oversight and drive the organisation’s approach to large gift income generation through trusts and grants, major donors, corporates and tenders whilst also leading a team of three. This leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering a cohesive external funding strategy, and ensuring our approach is proactive, creative and aligned with both internal priorities and external funding trends.
