Systems Administrator

At Dogs Trust, we’re looking for a Systems Administrator to support our busy, multi-team platform and connected systems, ensure everything runs securely and efficiently, and deliver small but impactful improvements every day; while offering real opportunities to specialise, develop your skills and grow your career.
What does this role do?
As a Systems Administrator you will:
- Administer Salesforce and connected platforms, managing users, permissions, flows, and system configurations.
- Triage and resolve incidents and service requests, maintaining platform health and housekeeping. Support releases, DevOps, and integrations, ensuring safe and compliant deployments.
- Monitor data quality, security, and compliance, including GDPR and access controls.
- Drive continuous improvement through documentation, process updates, and user enablement.
Could this be you?
We’re looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with experience in users, permissions, Flows, page layouts, and record types, ideally in multi-environment setups. You’ll be a practical problem-solver with a good understanding of GDPR and access controls, clear communication, strong documentation habits, and a collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn tools like Gearset, GitHub, and ITSM platforms.
