37 hours per week

About the Role
Join our innovative and welcoming Organisational Development Team.
Our team has already made significant strides in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) - from establishing an EDIB Board, supporting vital staff networks, and delivering a calendar of inspiring events. Now, we are ready to take things further.
We are expanding our team to strengthen employee engagement and embed a positive, values-driven culture across the organisation. That is where you come in.
You Will:
- Champion staff voice: Support our staff networks and help roll out our new ‘Your Voice’ branding.
- Enhance engagement platforms: Contribute to the design of employee surveys and help deliver meaningful focus groups.
- Ensure voices are heard: Direct feedback to the right places and create effective feedback loops.
- Bring people together: Help organise engaging events that connect and inspire.
- Embed our values: Support culture initiatives, including developing a behaviour framework aligned to our organisational values.
- Drive EDIB forward: Assist with accreditations, EDIB Board activities, health initiatives, and Inclusion Champions.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in delivering employee engagement initiatives, or working within an Organisational Development environment
- Sound understanding of EDIB principles and practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- A creative and forward-thinking mindset, bringing fresh ideas to drive engagement and culture
- Self-motivated and confident in working independently whilst also contributing to a collaborative team
