The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in an education setting. This role is pivotal to supporting the efficient operation of our Central Services functions and the governance of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational and general administration Support:

  • Assist in operational planning across Central Services.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, collate and ensure timely distribution of reports
  • Coordinate the review and update of policies to ensure compliance with current regulations and best practices.
  • Contribute to the planning, review and organisation of administrative systems, procedures and policies.
  • Supporting project work as required
  • General administration support across Central services as required

Estates administration:

  • Support the implementation, administration, monitor and review of the organisation’s estates compliance system (Safesmart)
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to facilities management, health and safety and compliance including polices, risk assessments and schedule of works
  • General administration support to enable a smooth running of the department
