CFRS0166 Resourcing, Talent and Wellbeing Lead – Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service
As our Resourcing, Talent and Wellbeing Lead, you’ll manage a dedicated team responsible for recruitment and fitness, and play a hands-on role in resourcing at all levels. You’ll be instrumental in writing and implementing key policies that support our people strategy – from attracting top talent to promoting a culture of wellbeing and inclusion, monitoring key data and delivering training across all levels of our service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of strategic resourcing, talent, and wellbeing policies and initiatives across CFRS.
Manage and deliver recruitment, promotion, talent management, and wellbeing activities, ensuring alignment with service needs.
Support and educate managers on best practice in resourcing practices, promoting consistency and compliance.
Provide expert advice on resourcing, talent, and wellbeing matters, including interpretation of policies and legislation.
Use data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Service Delivery, Learning and Development, Senior Leadership, and trade unions.
Represent CFRS at local, regional, and national forums on resourcing and wellbeing.
Salary: £45,091 - £46,142
