  • Leading agile product development and facilitating daily scrum meetings with a cross-functional team.
  • Using data and feedback to shape product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to ensure smooth implementation and optimisation of products.
  • Working with content developers to create accurate, engaging, and learner-focused resources.
  • Managing product roadmaps and sprint planning to keep development aligned with user needs.
  • Building relationships with external experts and communities to co-produce meaningful education tools.
  • Proven experience managing education products through all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and working within scrum teams.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct line management.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on collaboration and inclusion.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to use data to inform decisions and assess impact.
  • Commitment to co-production and inclusive practice, especially with communities with lived experience.
