Delivery Partner Data & Process Officer • Contributing to the overall coherence, collaboration, and quality of the Delivery Partner data and process function. You’ll take ownership for: • Supporting the retention and satisfaction of Delivery Partners, and the engagement and programmatic success of their programme members. • Assisting in documenting and operating end-to-end programme processes which are internally efficient and externally effective and consider the customer experi- ence throughout. • Helping to maintain accurate data for reporting and ensuring excellent Customer Relationship Manage- ment, including clear and timely reporting and data visualisation for Delivery Partners. • Assisting the finance team to ensure that funding flows are based on accurate and robust data, and that we are managing our finances appropriately. • Supporting programme onboarding and admissions. 1 Teach First is a charity that believes education is the most powerful tool to help a child fulfil their potential. The role The rundown: You will support the delivery partner data and process function, contributing to managing the data and mechanisms supporting our work with Delivery Partners. You will work closely with the wider directorate to ensure quality data and assist in implementing the administrative processes that support this work. You will deliver great customer service to Delivery Partners and a quality experience to participants, ensuring our contracts and financial arrangements are managed effectively. The detail: day-to-day work • Supporting partnership and programme colleagues to meet our commercial objectives and provide an outstanding customer experience to Delivery Partners and programme participants. • Assisting with troubleshooting Delivery Partner prob- lems and handling queries, working with internal and external stakeholders to help resolve issues. • Supporting accurate data collection and tracking Delivery Partner performance against programmatic targets and milestones.
