Jacksons Lane is seeking a new Creative Director & Joint CEO to lead our team alongside our Executive Director & Joint CEO. As the flagship arts and cultural venue in Haringey, Jacksons Lane hosts a year-round programme encompassing the best in contemporary circus performance, arts participation activities, cultural education, and outreach work for both its community and the sector as a whole.
We are looking for a strong artistic leader with vision, strategic thinking and collaborative skills. You may be an artist, producer or programmer creating artistic work or placing it into performance contexts. You will be comfortable leading teams – perhaps a company, venue or organisation – and inspiring others with your vision. You have a passion for quality and reaching new audiences on stage, through participation and in the community. You can balance artistic and business strategy, gain investment by creating programmes, build partnerships and engage the community. You are energised by developing artists and audiences, and believe in the power of the Arts to change lives for the better. You are an empathetic leader, ready to learn, comfortable making and owning decisions, and will bring ambition, kindness and a sleeves rolled-up attitude to co-leading our vibrant Arts centre.
