. You’ll manage a defined geographic area across Cambridgeshire & Essex, ensuring our partnerships thrive through tailored, person-centred advice, emotional support, and practical guidance. This is an impact-driven role where your work directly enhances the quality of life for the people we support.

What you’ll do

• Provide tailored wellbeing, training, and behavioural support to hearing dog partnerships.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships through regular visits — especially during the early months of a partnership — to address individual needs.
• Be available to provide timely, high-quality support within your territory, responding to emergencies and maintaining a strong local presence.
• Offer emotional and practical assistance during significant life events such as dog retirement, bereavement, or health challenges.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Hearing Dogs and with external partners such as support workers, councils, employers, and veterinary practices.
• Organise and attend local community events to represent the charity and strengthen engagement.
• Facilitate peer support groups to encourage shared learning and connection between partnerships.
• Work with volunteers, trainers, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders to improve outcomes and remove barriers.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date partnership records and ensure actions are documented.
