We are now looking for a passionate and experiencedOphthalmic Technicianto join our Outpatients team on a flexible bank contract.In this hands-on role, you will use your clinical expertise to carry out vital diagnostic tests including visual fields, OCT, intraocular pressure measurements, and more. You’ll play a key role in capturing accurate data, interpreting results, and supporting our consultants in providing informed, timely treatment for patients with a range of eye and neurological conditions.
About you:- Experienced in an ophthalmology or healthcare setting
- Technically skilled, with a keen eye for detail and a confident approach to diagnostic testing
- People-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT proficient, and confident in handling patient data
- Proactive, eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest ophthalmic procedures and technologies
